After living in our large home for 35 years we made the huge decision to downsize. We viewed several potential properties but none came even close to Ardency Kennedy Place. Beautifully built and central to river walks, cafes, restaurants shops and medical facilities. We feel like we’re living in a 5 star resort. The staff are friendly and ready to assist if needed, from management, concierge staff and all building service personnel. Our stunning indoor swimming pool is heated to around 32 degrees 365 days of the year. Other facilities we enjoy are the gym, yoga, exercise room, theatre and on site cafe. Our 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the courtyard feels private and roomy enough with a lovely modern feel. Our communal area on the 8th floor boasts a fantastic city view and entertaining our huge family is never a problem, we merely book the magnificent dining room in advance at no extra cost. Although we initially had some nervousness about the transition we felt right at home from day one and Suzanne our sales manager was invaluable in assisting us during our pre purchase visits. Both of us love living in this community!!!
