My grandmother's mother-in-law receives these disgusting 'Lite N Easy' soups in cardboard containers. If one of your relatives is forced to eat one of these, please, taste it for yourself. Absolutely inhumane - stuff like this would only fly in the American prison system.
Placing mum in for respite care. People very informative and really helpful with something that is a bit doughting. Set us in the right direction and very thoughtful
A nice place to visit but not to live as yet.
The staff are very caring and friendly, beautiful modern decor with wonderful old photos from around the area. Unfortunately the windows in the rooms don't open very much so hard to get fresh air. My Dad is pretty happy there and I feel confident that they hold his health and best interest as important. I was more than happy that my Dad was in the safest facility during the pandemic.
Client/staff ratio is 1 PCA to 10 clients, this means that each client receives 45 minutes of care in an 8 hour shift, how can this be called looking after your clients???????
Very caring place looking after my mum very well
Been in there a lot of times. Nice easy layout of there flats and units, nice open spaces and gardens around the place.. And the residents seem happy..
Good place, staff look after patients and make visitors welcome. The staff seem to create too much reliance on the patients relying on the staff to do everything for them, taking the patients' own ideas and individuality away from them which can increase the progression of dementia.
