This retirement village is not the luxury place some may want, but it has good facilities and the most amazing staff who really care about the residents. I have seen this first hand with the emergency call system which gives access to an actual person 24/7 in the independent living units rather than just talking to some can centre that send an ambulance. There are special interest groups, a Cafe area, two community spaces and they're very close to Somerville's shops. Across the road is the tennis, lawn bowls, football and netball grounds. Certainly my parents have been very happy there.

The staff are fantastic! They are so helpful and caring. My mum is in a serviced apartment for higher care and the apartment is great but it's the staff that make the difference. Food is ok, too
