Stocklands advertise a wonderful retirement lifestyle. What they don’t freely tell you is the cost to live in this “retirement” dream. Just have legal advice to explain what you leave with. After my mother’s experience, I would always advise to seek legal advice when she lost $77,332 from her buy in price. This loss doesn’t cover the monthly charge or rates and the improvements she paid for.
