Friendly staff , My Mother in Law live in there with Beauitful community friends and activities.

A quiet and safe environment. Units are all well maintained with great facilities. My parents have been residents for over a decade. The only negative is Management and Lease Lease. Just remember - retirement villages are a business - make it your business to know exactly where your money is going. You pay for a lifestyle in a retirement village. Do not look at it as a property investment as there is no capital gain. Read the fine print and go over the sale contracts with a professional. Know exactly what you're getting into. Become involved in Committees to keep an eye on what Management spends your money on. Organizations such as RRVV will give you advise. Beware of charming Managers. They don't like residents asking too many questions, but make sure you do!

Just phoned and asked "Is there a Tannoch Brae" WIFI for the residents to log onto in their homes? Quite a simple thing nowdays and much cheaper than every resident having to set up individually and having to buy hardware and an individual subscription for each. Answer No- might be on the future agenda but no.
