Levande Living shame shame shame. People looking at moving into one of Levande retirement villages BEWARE. After you finished taking advantage of elderly Australians going into a nursing home by pretraying false & missleading information in your buy in contracts, entering the villages you run. How do you live with yourself? Taking advantage of elderly people at this stage in their lives? Shame on you.  Be prepared to loose 80% of your buy in prices on exiting fees with these villages. Ontop of daily fees & utilities they still take it 1 step further and maximise reinstatement fees. Wall tiles, tap fixtures the works. After 5 years. Then you offer to pay ppl out faster with a sale now price explaining it could take up too 2 years to sell the unit and untill the sale the tenant is liable for the weekly rent & rates. Causing people to give in to the sale now price with the risk of paying rent on an empty room for UP TO 2 years. Stop screwing around good people.
