Today we sealed the deal and purchased a house for my parents. We dealt with Hannah who was super knowledgeable, funny, helpful and patient. We look forward to seeing her friendly face around the premises now that my parents will be residents there. Thanks Hannah for making the experience so enjoyable thus far.

i visited my parents over the christmas break and took my kids to use the pool area. unfortunately , the condition of the facilities was well below acceptable standards.The showers were clearly not cleaned for days, visibly dirty with soap residue left to build up and areas even turning pink. it is extremely dissapointing that a company charging premium prices & exit fees to residents cannot maintain even a basic level of cleanliness,especially in a facility designed for elderly residents.A clean and hygienic envirionment should be the bare minimim.
