Beautiful village very impressed had lunch at Golf course excellent

After looking around for a few years in preparation for downsizing, we heard about this new up and coming village where you own the house and land. There is no restrictions on selling and this is our last home anyway. We are very happy here and the surroundings are very peaceful. The people we share the village with are all a friendly lot.
