My 94 year old father has lived here for many years now. He has never been happier. The staff are wonderful and may I say, a blessing to him. They go way beyond the usual to make him happy. The carers are all kind, respectful and friendly. The chef, Ricky, deserves a special mention for his thoughtfulness. We, the family, rest easy knowing dad is in very capable hands. Thank you all. November 2020. I wish to add a note after my initial review some years ago. Sadly, my dad passed away in August this year. He was happy at this home until the day he died. The excellence of the staff was reflected when they, almost everyone, attended his funeral and sincerely showed their heartfelt emotions to us, his family. This too, in these Covid ridden times. They will always remain "special" in our hearts forever. Blessings.
