Not happy....Organising my parents to come home...My mother is upset the food is cold Cleaning of the rooms is very minimal,at times ive cleaned their rooms and empty the bins and make the beds to find my mother sitting in the dark with no TV and door closed had taken up with the carers,her TV as she is deaf n mute is the only entertainment.t she has,my dad has notes written on a napkin asking if he wants a shower and as he wasn't being dried properly he developed a rash that needed medical attention..I take back what I said about Villa Maria it's not for my parents,my parents can read and write and like going on little adventures and do puzzles and get a haircut have been excluded everytime...they can't care for my parents 100% quality is 40% serving cold foods at times..I'd think twice putting a loved one in here...I'm bringing my parents home the quality of care is not to my standards
