I consider myself lucky to have gotten a spot in Ella Williams for my Mum. She stayed there 4 years, 8 months. Over the course of visiting, I got to know the place and staff well. The facilities are first rate; own room, proper physio equipment, lots of activities, good food, social programs. The amazing staff are dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and just really caring human beings. Thanks to Kat, Rees, Pip, Bandy, Parashar, too many to mention, they all ranged from great to exceptional. Get your loved one in if you can.

My mum was a resident at Ella Williams for 4.5 years. Great facilities, nice private room, not overcrowded, and well managed, but the best thing about this place is the amazing, genuinely caring staff. Huge thanks to Rees, Kat, Bandy and all the other outstanding staff at EW.
