My son attended Early Bird Therapy from 2018. Jenni the director, always made herself available to answer my many questions and support myself as a parent. Claudia was the most amazing speech therapist - whom we will always cherish and consider family! The entire team have always gone above and beyond my expectations to support my son. They are neuro-affirming and genuinely celebrate my child’s differences. A business like no other!!!! Well done and Thank you Early Bird for making such a positive impact in my sons life and the other children you support.
What a great initiative to host party for our children who would generally miss out on social events due to different reasons. A great place where individually is honoured.

If you had asked me for a review four years ago, I would have given this place a solid 5 stars without hesitation. The Director was hands-on and genuinely invested in the children's well-being. However, my experience has taken a sharp decline recently. The administrative staff has been poor, and the current therapist is argumentative and dismissive when I request feedback on my daughter's sessions. After several attempts to engage and receive tools for us to use at home, I’ve been met with excuses about being too busy. The travel costs for sessions are also excessive, often equating to the price of the session itself, which feels unjustifiable given the lack of support. Previously, I received valuable visuals and guidance for daycare and home use. Now, when I reach out with questions about reports or my daughter's progress, I am met with hostility and silence. My attempt to temporarily pause her sessions while i wait for the therapist to respond and due to budget constraints renewing in November were met with a response stating that while they would pause, it could take 12 months to resume, effectively risking my daughter's spot. Service agreement cancelled . After four years, it's heartbreaking to see how far the service has fallen. Please note Ashley was fabulous 👌
