My husband and I had a one-off consultation with Ainsley Poulos, and we are so glad we did. Ainsley was lovely, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable. She opened our minds to a logical, foundational approach to communication and language development. I say "logical," but surprisingly, not one of the several speech therapists we've seen over the years had ever broken down the basic building blocks of effective communication the way Ainsley did. It was a real lightbulb moment for both of us. We are definitely planning a follow-up appointment and are hopeful that Ainsley will be able to continue supporting us long-term. Experts like her are truly rare, and it is an honour to have met someone so passionate and skilled at what she does.

I would highly recommend Sofie at Eastside Speech Solutions. She is calm, caring, and made every session engaging and fun. From the start, my daughter felt comfortable and genuinely looked forward to attending. Sofie supported my daughter through a slight stutter which was quickly resolved, and she provided clear guidance and practical tools that helped us continue the work at home. We felt supported throughout the entire process and are so grateful for her care and expertise.

I cannot recommend Ainsley and the team at Eastside Speech Solutions highly enough. My daughter has attended Eastside Speech throughout her primary school years, and the impact on her communication skills and overall development has been extraordinary. We have had the most incredible experience with Sofie! My son was 20 months and could only say 'mumma' and 'dadda.' After Sofie worked with him and us, we had the tools to promote more language and help our son form specific sounds. Through play, my son developed his language skills and now, at 2.5 years old, is speaking in full sentences. We are so grateful to Sofie for her help. Sofie is softly spoken, calm and made my son feel so comfortable with her that he was excited to see her each week. We were unsure whether he was too young to begin speech originally but now I am so thankful that we have as he is now at the same level as his peers. Thank you, Sofie!

We are so grateful to have Tina as my daughter’s speech therapist. She is kind, patient, and very dedicated to helping her improve her speech. I’ve noticed such a positive difference since she started working with Tina. Each session is engaging and supportive, and my daughter always looks forward to attending. I can’t recommend them enough! My son is trilingual and it can be tricky as each letter sounds differently in each language, and I noticed that he would mix up some of the sounds between the languages. But Alyssia has been incredible with him. She patiently helped him with the different English sounds and made every visit fun for him. She also helped him improve his vocabulary which increased his confidence too. As a bonus: she helped him in English but as a bonus he now doesn’t mix up the letters and sounds for the other languages anymore, as if something had clicked for him. Highly recommend!

Our son has been receiving speech therapy from Tina at Eastside Speech Solutions for the past five years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support he has received. The entire team has been kind, patient, and truly dedicated to helping him grow. My son feels comfortable and encouraged during both face to face and telehealth sessions and has shown great improvement in his speech and confidence over the years. We are so thankful to Tina and other Eastside Speech Solutions staff and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional speech therapy team.
