Over several years I have had 3 children attending various therapies at Kickstart Kids. We have seen a number of OTs and a number of speech therapists. My children have also enjoyed some of the holiday programs, in particular Dungeons and Dragons. I currently have one child attending OT and two children attending speech therapy. The best way to describe Kickstart is a family. . . All the therapists, and the lovely receptionists work together to make sure we, as parents, feel welcome, supported and involved in our children's therapy. I never feel uncomfortable approaching reception for assistance (which in my experience is a rarity in the medical and allied health world), and they are always friendly and helpful. The therapists at Kickstart Kids are incredible, I have never experienced a therapist at that practice that wasn't highly knowledgeable, patient and strongly invested in helping my child. I have always felt listened to and have always received detailed feedback, explained in a way that I can easily understand. All reports I've received have been clearly and professionally written, and in some instances I have received comments from other medical and allied health professionals referencing the quality of these reports. I have also received great assistance from Kickstart with liaising with my son's school and other allied health and medical professionals to ensure continuity of care and information. I highly recommend Kickstart Kids.
