Called them with referral from my GP for my husband with Alzheimers basically told me couldn’t help no empathy
Incredible group of highly skilled, dedicated and caring speech pathologists. The sessions are always so much fun my kids look forward to going. Highly recommend!
Worst experience, never been told about the assessment fee or extra assessment session. I clearly mention over the phone that childcare centre has ask to start therapy session from Allied health care plan and not to conduct assessment as it has been already done at centre before. Wasted my hour to provide same answers i have given to childcare centre 2 weeks ago. Not to that but to get charged$336 for the time. Really need to understand why they have to ask the same question again and pay this hefty amount. Really disappointed. On the top when asked at the counter after visit that why they didn't let us know about the fee before they want to talk to receptionist who has sent email to wrong address on information rather than helping me. As a stressed parent you don't have a choice to go to the same centre as you don’t want to get charged again if you change speech therapist🥲.
All the staff here are great! Claire has been amazing with my daughter and she looks forward to going everytime. We couldn’t recommend speechcare more!!
After spending 2.5 years at a competing clinic, we were fortunate to get a spot with Dr Nicole Watts Pappas at Carina. Dr Nicole’s academic experience and background speaks for itself - her passion for kids, the conduct of her classes and her personalised resources , tailored to your child’s needs, her knowledge - it’s what sets her apart from any other SLP we have seen, in Brisbane and perhaps Queensland. In 8 months we have seen our son go from being difficult to understand and communicate to repeating everything including those things you wish stay inside your home. ( Thanks Dr Nicole! ) & talking non stop! Her knowledge, her patient care and skillset is extraordinary and it’s a joy going to Therapy. The clinic is well situated, a warm and friendly team & very accomodating. If there’s a waitlist - she’s worth the wait. My only regret is that I didn’t stay on her waitlist sooner !

Terese was absolutely fantastic. So professional and kind. The reception team were always welcoming and helpful. A great experience for myself and my baby.
