Initially I was impressed and very happy on our first consultation. But I took a half day off work and my son has a half day off school for our second appointment. Random that I would check my email at 9:30 in the morning but I did and got an email at 7:33 cancelling the appointment. No call or even text I guess they think everyone has a receptionist or check their emails every hour or 2. Not real impressed with NDIS support services in th Lockyer valley.

We are so lucky to have this place available in the Lockyer Valley community, where services like these are really hard to come by in small rural towns. The entire design of all of the different therapy rooms has been so well thought out to encourage kids to play, explore, learn and feel safe. It’s especially great for neurodivergent kids who require a low stimulation, sensory friendly and welcoming environment. I can’t speak highly enough of Kate, their Speech Therapist who has been helping my son communicate and express himself through the wonderful imagination of play and connection. He loves his sessions with Kate and loves playing with all the toys, swings and toys they have to offer. Thank you so much for supporting my son and helping him to overcome his challenges and thrive.
