The entire team at Play with words are incredible and so welcoming. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jen to assist with my daughter’s speech delay. We couldn’t be happier with how she progressed throughout her time there. Highly recommend!
We’ve been attending Play with Words Paediatric Therapy for the past year with our toddler and truly couldn’t be happier with the service! All of the speech therapists are so lovely, down to earth, and genuinely caring. They create such a warm and supportive environment, which has made a big difference in our toddler feeling comfortable and engaged during appointments (he actually gets excited for his sessions each week!) We’ve seen amazing progress in our toddler’s speech over the past year and are so grateful for the team’s professional guidance and encouragement. A special mention to Jen and Ellen — they’ve both been absolutely wonderful (although truly, the whole team is incredible!). Highly recommend Play with Words to any family looking for a fantastic paediatric speech pathology team!
We love Play With Words and how welcoming they have been to our family. Would highly recommend. Our therapist Ellen is always so thoughtful about choosing activities that interest our son and she has built such a great rapport with him.

Play with Words is absolutely outstanding! The entire team is amazing, we want to give a special mention to Miranda and Jen. They worked so closely with our son, providing the highest level of support and care. Their expertise, patience, and dedication led to incredible progress and results. We are beyond grateful for everything they have done and cannot recommend their services highly enough. The sessions were engaging, and the level of support given to us as parents to continue working with our son at home was incredibly helpful. Thank you Jen, Miranda and the rest of the Play with Words team.
I am so incredibly grateful to have come across this clinic and in particular, Jen. Our son had been attending sessions for about 6 months and made incredible progress with his speech delay. He is now at standard with his milestones and blooming. It was also a domino effect; once his communication skills developed so too did other areas of his development. Parent of a school-aged child treated initially by Jen in 2022, then by Claire and later Miranda. We have seen incredible progress over the years. The therapists at PWW are warm, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Jen in particular is outstanding—she connects exceptionally well with paediatric clients, and our daughter loved her weekly sessions. Jen made learning fun and engaging while tailoring each session to our child’s specific needs. We also had very positive experiences with Claire and Miranda, who supported us with school visits. Claire displays excellent communication skills and is dedicated, compassionate, and kind. She demonstrates great patience with young children and was a reassuring presence during times of change for our daughter. The team at PWW has been incredibly supportive and flexible as our child’s needs evolved. They collaborate beautifully with teachers and other specialists. We’ve also enjoyed their excellent holiday programs. Additionally, our second child has recently been treated by Sophie, who has come up with some creative ideas to support his goals. PWW is a wonderful, caring community, and we’re so grateful for their support over the years. Thanks for having us!
Ellen was excellent. She formed a beautiful connection with our daughter and helped her learn how to correct her speech through play and a gentle approach throughout. She then followed up with us with referrals and recommendation for next steps. We couldn’t recommend her enough.
