I have recently completed the SPEAK OUT program but not just anywhere as I regard if as fortunate to learn what is achievable via Kirsten Toll & Associates. The before and after videos where I was asked to read the same text highlighted a significant improvement. I can now sustain and build further improvement through daily practice and the weekly follow up Zoom sessions. Say no more... no say plenty more with INTENT Daryl K

After suffering an Ischaemic Stroke in 2019, I was left with a significant speech impediment, Kirsten Toll has made an incredible improvement to my speech, I would highly recommend Kirsten, As in my opinion she is the best speech Therapist you could wish to find. I highly recommend Kirsten

My partner suffered Parkinson' Disease which caused not only very soft voice but also swallowing issues. Kirsten Toll was fabulous. Not only explained about her private practice and costs, but said that we were in the area for treatment at Caulfield Community Health Service. Not only did we save financially but were most impressed by Kisten's patience, caring, and sympathetic understanding. She went the extra mile to help obtaining essential additional services desperately needed. Cannot recommend Kirsten highly enough!

My daughter has Down syndrome, an intellectual disability, comprehension difficulties & severe speech delay. She has been working with Kirsten Toll & her team for around 2 years. Upon intake her vocabulary was limited to 3-4 word sentences only causing her frustration at not being able to communicate her thoughts & needs. The improvement in her comprehension, emotional regulation, expanded vocabulary, language & speech literacy has been incredible. Due to maternity leave & staffs vacation, my daughter had the good fortune of seeing a couple of different therapists during this time, both on site at school & on the practice premises. Far from being disruptive, this has had a positive impact on her. Each member of the team has been incredibly professional, caring & genuinely interested in helping her. Each has had an abundance of patience & talent, making learning fun, & each brought a unique approach to speech therapy complementing each others work. I was so impressed by the personalised individual care given to my daughter along with her impressive development, i had no hesitation in making multiple recommendations & referrals to friends & associates looking for a professional speech therapist. My experience of Kirsten Toll & her team is exceptional. I would consider anyone fortunate enough to be accepted as a client to be in the best possible hands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I could not recommend Kirsten & her team enough. Emma Gierschick OAM

Kristen has been working for us for years as a professional speech path. She's a gem in this area. Very kind and gentle to our residents. She will spend hours to review our residents thoroughly. Her experience is vasty and cover many areas as well. I put 100% trust on her job and knowledge for what she is doing .

This place is more about money. My daughter is speech delay. So we are looking for another speech therapist. My husband and my daughter used to attend this clinic but they treated them very bad that told to go outside during my daughters session. They also finish the session early too. My daughter been attending for so long but they never tried doing anything new to help her. Always giving same old toys to her to play. Very very disappointing place.

Amazing customer service! Kirsten was beyond helpful and Ali undertook a thorough assessment of my son in a relaxed, welcoming space. I was impressed with Ali's approach, she knew exactly how to engage with him and used a range of tools to trouble shoot the issue.
