I’d like to take this opportunity to say “Thank You” to Min-Li Ng my Speech Therapist. Your assistance in helping Ethan to be able to learn about commutation skills and as well learning about different types of food during The Food and Drink session. Without your help Ethan will not be able to have these experience, You have been patiently encouraging him to learned new things. It was a great pleasure to worked with you. Another team member that I would like to “Thank” is Phoebe Yeung my Occupational Therapist. We worked together for Few Months. During our times together, she worked hard to help and assisting Ethan with writing, toiletting and self regulating. Thank You for your understanding and calmness when Ethan is not in a good mood while completing the tasks. Lastly I’d like to “Thank” Rachel from the Reception, She always friendly and accomodating especially when i’d like to change my appointment. I really recommended this Clinic for everyone who needs “Help” with their children in the spectrum (ASD). This Clinic has friendly staff and I’m sure they will always able to give you a hand. Thank you so much for your kind assistance. From : Eka & Ethan Porge

It’s been a very positive experience at Little Birds, we speak Cantonese at home and having a bilingual speech pathologist really helped my son feel understood and supported during the sessions. Our speech pathologist (Pearl Lau) is professional, patient, always showing enthusiasm and able to engage my son well with creative ways to practice and effectively articulate words in both languages.

I have a kid who had speech therapy at his clinic. The clinician here is knowledgeable and professional. That was once when I was talking to the reception Rachel about the appointment of my kid, her attitude was not good to a way that she was saying in a rude way and come with a straight face. As I am writing this review, I am not trying to complaining, I still wanna emphasise that the clinician that my kid is working with is professional, kind, passionate and helpful, but I am sorry to say that the interaction with Rachel was bad that I must make this review.

Little Birds Allied Health provides an excellent setting and warm staff. My child has received care for a year, including visits to the Balwyn location. Both clinics employ exceptional staff. The therapists' professionalism and kindness have greatly aided my child's progress. Significant improvements are evident. This clinic comes highly recommended!

Great environment and very friendly staff. My son used to go to the Balwyn clinic and we started coming to the new templestowe clinic as well! Both clinic have great staff and I have seen such great improvement. Whenever I have any update regarding my son, they are willing to change focus areas to tailor my goals. Also helps so much that they can speak Cantonese and Mandarin as well. I’m right here waiting with my little son and I feel so welcome and comfortable to wait here as well.

Since late 2023, my son has been attending Little Birds Speech Therapy, and the progress in his verbal development has been remarkable. Initially seeking help for his stuttering, the techniques they've taught him have empowered him to identify and rectify his stuttering almost instantly. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly he grasped and incorporated the techniques into his daily routines, particularly considering he's only four years old. Little Birds Speech Therapy has made a significant difference in his communication skills, and I'm grateful for their expertise and support
