My son has been seeing Eloise for more than 1 year. It’s really hard to find a good and caring therapist. Thanks Eloise for your professionalism and all the supports. Highly recommended! Excellent service!

Dee Wardrop services are exceptional in their professionalism, responsiveness and support. We work with Esther on a fortnightly basis and she delivers her sessions with expertise, enthusiasm and commitment. She adapts to the needs of her clients and provides guidance and support to provide holistic care. Their administration team is also second to none. Very impressed and grateful with the level of care at all levels.

My son has been seeing Esther at Dee Wardrop for 6 years. Esther has been lovely and accommodating to my son and, by extension, his family. She takes a holistic approach to Speech Pathology and has a genuine care for her clients. The admin staff are friendly and quick to respond to enquiries. I would highly recommend Dee Wardrop for anybody looking for a Speech Pathologist for their child.

It has been a few years now since my son and I came here so I was curious to read the reviews, and they don't surprise me. I stopped taking my son here because I found that I was being charged for when my son wasn't even receiving speech therapy and when I wanted this explained, I was told that it was for the therapist doing write-ups and notes after a 45-minute session which took me aback as this was never mentioned to me beforehand. How this all came about is that I got suspicious when the receptionist told me my son's NDIS funding was running out! Clearly Dee Wardrop is only interested in making as much money as she can. Buyer Beware here!!

Can not explain how much you would be disappointed with their patient care /attitude. Understand SP with a long waiting list but things we have gone though were beyond rediculous.(multiple times) The only advise I would have is if you need a SP services it is fine to fit in the timeslot however still keep calling and put your children on other waiting lists. They can just change your time due to their internal changes without consulting your time.

I am very concerned that Dee Wardrop feel it is okay to charge different clients differently as seen in response to previous review. "Our session lengths increased in 2022 for some clients." I asked many different managers what the extra charges were for (increase from $195 to $295 overnight) but no one could give me a clear answer and everyone gave me a different response. It is clear Dee Wardrop is taking advantage of NDIS. Furthermore, I am concerned that the only time Dee Wardrop as responded to my concerns is in a google review and not to any of concerns while a client at the clinic. I would steer clear from Dee Wardrop at all costs and find services that can provide care without taking advantage of NDIS.

Dee Wardrop very much lacks patient care. Overnight, they hiked our speech 45min face to face session from $195 to $295 as they claimed they needed 45min admin time. When I asked what they used this time for they would say cleaning and coordinate with other professionals. When our speech therapist had to make a phone call to anther professional I still got charged $100. When speaking to all the managers I found them unhelpful, lacking communication skills and very rude. I found none of my complaints were taken seriously and no outcome was ever provided.
