My 2-year-old had surgery with Dr Alessandra Locatelli Smith in November 2025. He had delayed speech, and Dr Locatelli Smith identified that it was caused by hearing loss due to fluid in his ears. It was the first time my son had undergone surgery, and it was very scary having such a little one under general anaesthetic. Dr Locatelli Smith kept us informed at every step of the procedure and made us feel very calm and reassured throughout the process. The procedure was very quick, and my son was able to return home the same day. By the second day after surgery, he was doing well, and we noticed improvements in his speech within the first week. I couldn’t believe it. Now, six months later, his speech is completely where it should be for his age. I highly recommend her care and service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I paid hundreds of dollars to see Dr David Hall, he rushed me out of his office after 5 minutes telling me I had no issue. This was incorrect information having sought a second opinion and discovering I was correct in my initial thoughts for making the appointment. I have read these other reviews and there is another one related to Dr David Hall about rushing through appointments. It’s shocking that this is a repeat situation for a private health care centre.

I cannot thank Dr Bilish enough. We previously had a consultation with another reputable ENT in Perth, but I didn’t feel completely comfortable. A friend recommended Dr Bilish, as her young child had also undergone a tonsillectomy with him. From the moment we met him, he was calm, thorough and incredibly reassuring. The consultation was amazing there was absolutely no pressure to proceed with surgery. Instead, he provided honest advice, clearly explained all options, and was transparent and knowledgeable throughout. His fees were also very reasonable, which made the entire process feel even more accessible and supportive for our family. Our 2-year-old son underwent an adenotonsillectomy, and now two weeks post-recovery he is breathing so much better and his snoring has completely disappeared. I was very nervous about the procedure, but we feel confident that this outcome will truly benefit our son long term. We are so grateful for the care and support we received.

I saw Dr tim Cooney for my sons recurrent blood noses, the entire process was really easy. Shortly after we arrived at the front counter the nurse called us through with no wait. Shortly after we were seen by Tim who was great with my son & answered all questions. He was also happy to read some results from PCH & offer his opinion on that. I felt very looked after for my little one.

Dr Shyan Vijayasekaran and the Perth ENT Centre team changed my life. At our first appointment, I was a mess. I had not slept in 5 months as my 18 month old was having a very tough time. He was always sick, constantly waking over night, always falling over and hurting himself and he had a double ear infection which 5 lots of antibiotics didn’t fix. After removing his adenoids and putting in grommets, I have a new little boy. He is happy, healthy and sleeps through every night. He has so much more energy, can hear so much better and is no longer catching every bug possible. I cannot thank Dr Shyan Vijayasekaran and the team enough and highly recommend!

We can’t recommend Dr Shyan Vijayasekaran and Perth ENT enough. Dr Vijay has been looking after our son since he was 10 months old. My husband had sudden hearing loss and Dr Vijay took amazing care of him, and managed to solve significant hearing issues. We find Perth ENT to be caring and supportive and we’re forever grateful for their services, as we would not be in the same position without their intervention.

Prof. Shyan Vijayasekaran performed life-changing cricotracheal resection surgery on me, and I will be forever grateful to this amazing man. From the very first time I walked into the Perth ENT Centre, Prof. Vijay and his team made me feel welcome, safe, and in the very best hands. He has also cared for my son, performing grommet insertion as well as tonsil and adenoid removal. With Prof. Vijay and his team, you truly receive nothing but the highest level of professional care and compassion. I’ve recommended many friends and family to Dr. Vijay and his wonderful team — and not one has been disappointed.

I can not recommend Prof.Shyan Vijayasekaran and his entire team highly enough! Idiopathic Subglotic Stenosis was something I knew nothing about until I walked into Vijay’s office. His ability to explain such a medical complex airway condition immediately gave me an understanding and I felt at ease. Prof Vijay is not only the best in his field but in this country, his knowledge and skills are above and beyond. His bedside manner is compassionate attentive and reassuring every step of the way. The team he chooses to work with-the medical staff the nurses, icu , the surgical staff are efficient friendly and all work together to make it a pleasant experience. His office staff are efficient and nothing is to much or to hard. I am beyond grateful for Prof.Shayan Vijayasekaran and his team I could not and would not recommend any one else for the job. You’re in safe hands.
