It's very concerning that our most vulnerable are being cared for by such an unreliable, unorganised and unprofessional organisation such as this. They are always not turning up, or extremely late for appointments without a phone call or any communication. This us outrageous and our government needs to address this issue immediately

Seemed keen to be a provider to us. However the appointed person had no interest in doing the various things that had to be done Vacuuming, Cleaning showers and toilets and mopping floors. Two hours and almost zero results A few notes to the local office resulted in a conversation with a manager who stated that they did not really do cleaning more like helping around the home?? Now we have to find someone else

The physiotherapist, Nidhi is excellent, she's professional and very caring for my mum. Mum's mobility has improved since she started home program. We are very grateful to have her.

Hired me to do some work for their clients in December 2021. It’s now March 2022 and despite repeated attempts, they can’t be bothered settling my piddly account. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

Kincare has been mine and my childrens only support since having a stroke over 10 years ago the workers we have had have been wonderful they will always go the extra mile to help us we have had a lot of organizing to do aswell as we had done nothing until I was able to cope with things after learning to walk and talk again but they have been so good at helping me sort through boxes and cupboards 10 years full of items I can no longer remember having or needing but long story short they have always been really good at looking after me they are only a phone call away and yes they do have staffing issues as most aged care programs do as workers get sick sometimes but they do their best looking after their clients.

Cannot recommend this group. Removed after 2 days of care. Supervisor totally unorganised, Total lack of communication to client and staff, no proper roster set up, no return phone calls, staff lack communication or direction from supervisors. A man was sent to wash my newly widowed Mother at 73yo despite requesting a female right from the start. Also a supervisor that passes the blame rather than accepts responsibility. I have had numerous years experience as a carer & If there was a minus one star, Id be giving that instead.
