I was promised same worker. To date I have had so many different people. No one returns calls and when my original worker left I wasn’t informed for weeks they do as little as possible for me and ignore the things I have asked them to do like my lawn. In fact I have only found one worker I was completely happy with and trusted but now they refuse to roster her on for me. They have caused me alot of anxiety and depression and I feel like I’m on my own in this and have no chance of receiving the help I need at this time of my illness In answer to your reply of me having the wrong place because you don’t have me on your books well how then am I getting statements from you and it’s your Mitchell office that you will find me on your books

I can only sing praises of the team from Right at home. They are supportive and helpful on all levels. My support worker is thoughtful and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chon and April are excellent leaders of my care and as nurses. They have high quality care, professional and are family orientated. April and her team are very caring, supportive in my good days and bad days as NDIS participant. They give dignity and respect which enhances quality of life for their clients like myself. I’ve worked with them for along time and I am very happy and pleased with their work. They have supported me all throughout to build my capacity and for a better quality of life. I am thankful to have April and Chon in my life. I am also grateful to their carers like Betty.

Chon cared for my father in-law ( 92 years old) at home for about 6.5 months until he passed away. She was very professional, reliable, kind, caring, patient and understanding. Her beaming smile and friendliness lit up the room and helped put my father in-law at ease. He was very comfortable with Chon and looked forward to her coming each day. She even tried to learn some Cantonese to speak to him. I valued her medical knowledge and nursing expertise. She gave valuable tips on creams, dressings etc to use. When my father in-law had an infection, she spoke to the CALM doctor on the phone about his symptoms etc and as a result, proper medication was prescribed and a visit to the hospital avoided. Whenever my father in-law didnt' feel well, we took great comfort to have Chon around. My wife considered Chon an angel sent from Heaven. The relief carers from Right at Home were also professional, reliable, caring and kind. I strongly recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a Home Care Provider. Steven Chew
