How long do I have to beg Trilogy Care to reimburse me? I have supplied the invoice that I paid for. It’s been a month and a half since my mother passed away and I keep getting a rejection for my invoice from accounts. What have they done with my mother’s aged care funds? Get your act together Trilogy Care. I can see from the other posts that I’m not the only one that’s fed up. They were good but once your loved ones pass away they don’t want to know you. My mum was sick in hospital. I was rung up to use her unused funds for the previous quarter as they had accumulated because she was in hospital. I organised for some work to be done around mum’s house. She unexpectedly passed away on a Saturday and I had a workman organised to do some work on the Monday. I couldn’t cancel the job but it was still the end of the month. Trilogy rejected the invoice because it was dated two days after my mum passed away. I emailed prior to her death asking for the works to be completed and no one replied to me. I even emailed to tell Trilogy Care that mum passed away and I got no reply. I finally got to talk to the coordinator Harry and he said he would sort things out but nothing happened. I rang and emailed and no one took my calls today. Everyone was in meetings or busy. I got a rejection of the bill by accounts. My mum and dad had their Level 4 package with Trilogy Care for years but now they are gone they clearly don’t care. Only when the fees for them were rolling in. I’m disgusted. Absolutely no communication.
