Support at Home Providers

Rachel, the Care Partner for our Support at Home packages, has been exceptional in her professionalism, attention to detail and the practicality of her approach to problem-solving. Transferring from a provider which had failed to support us in every way after a change of ownership to a huge organisation, Rangecare by contrast is currently celebrating 40 years of service from humble origins to an expanding organisation, and continuing to place clients at the centre of their focus. All providers have found the recent changes with the introduction of the Support at Home packages challenging. We have experienced first hand the different way two organisations handle the situation. We feel very relieved to have the support of Rangecare at this time, and can highly recommend them to anyone seeking an alternative service provider.

Support at Home Providers

Having to leave mum in respite care was extremely hard. I didn't need to worry. From the time we went to meet the staff at Range Care we were instantly welcomed ☺️ Mum spent five days/nights at Flaxton. She had the most amazing time, completely spoilt and was cared for by amazing staff at all times. We still talk about the most pleasurable time there. Look forward and very comfortable knowing all staff go over and above their call of duty to make all residents comfortable. Thankyou Range Care It was so nice to be able to get a break and not worry about how things were going back home. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and happy New Year.
