Support at Home Providers

Diversicare has some of the best support workers in this sector. I have a wonderful team of 3 who have been with me for 3+ years. It's important to me to have regular workers, I could not tolerate someone different each week. Diversicare has been able to ensure I have the same workers plus a regular schedule. I always know who is coming & when they're coming, my schedule is 'set'. When my regular workers have moved on (as they do), I had to try someone different. Diversicare has respected my requests not to send a specific person back to me (this has only happened about 4 times since 2019). My current team of 3 have each been with Diversicare for 10+ years. I had a fantastic Case Mgr for approx 4 years but she left. I'm still getting to know my current case mgr but she is responsive & very prompt. She replies to emails on the same day. I also had a home visit from her when she first started, along with the Community Care Mgr. I've been with Diversicare since 2019 as a fully-managed client. Diversicare just started to offer self-mgmt around Nov-Dec 2025. I've not had any reason to leave Diversicare as my workers are simply the best.
