Jubilee Community Care have exceeded my expectations at every stage when providing care for my Mother in our home recently. From Mum's Case manager in setting up services to Personal Carers and Outing companions, the whole team were all professional, caring and easy to communicate with. Nothing was too difficult to organise and Mum enjoyed some great laughs with her friendly and engaging Carers. Wonderful, Caring People! Thankyou Jubilee.
Jubilee Community Care have been looking after our Mum and late Dad for many years. The staff, both in the background in the office and support workers who come into the home, have always been wonderfully friendly and helpful, providing the care and friendship that have made Jubilee an important and much loved part of our parents lives. Thankyou all for everything you have,and still are doing.
I was 92 when my family finally convinced me that I was not taking proper care of my housework, that living alone as I insisted I needed help. They organised Jubilee Community Care to visit me fortnightly to vacuum and wet mop my floors and clean my kitchen and bathroom.. I’m 95 now, still living alone and independently, very grateful for Jubilee’s professional thorough cleaning, and very glad I’m not imposing on my busy family to keep my house in order. What a wonderful Home Care providing organisation. We've been with them now for many years now, and we've had nothing but praise for them and positive experiences. The level of care provided is spot on, and the support workers do the work required with a praiseworthy amount of courteous delivery. The backroom people at the office are so approachable and efficient, and the support workers are energetic and caring people. What more could you want. They come so very highly recommended by us.
Great service from a not for profit organisation. Staff always friendly and helpful. Support workers are the best and most caring people and are animal friendly as well, nothing seems like too much trouble, I enjoy having the support workers in my home both for support and social interaction and very helpful when we go shopping. Brilliant! Jubilee has been looking after both my parents for many years. It's been a bumpy ride through difficult times & I couldn't have done it without the Jubilee Wonders. Their professionalism, warmth, genuine care & concern for not only my parents but also the welfare of our family generally has been outstanding, down to every individual. Their exceptional leadership provides for harmonious teamwork & values staff - it shows through in everyone's commitment & motivation to provide top quality care & support. Seamless teamwork (including working closely with clients & families), excellent communication amongst themselves & with clients, flexible, reliable, highly approachable, all the while appropriately tailoring support to our very specific preferences & needs. At a time of particular difficulty, Jubilee referred us to additional support networks, which were & still are integral to our family's ongoing well-being. Even now that my father is in residential care, we are continuing a very positive relationship with the fabulous team at Jubilee. They are amazing. Highly recommend.
