I have found Nurse Next Door (NND) very professional yet friendly to deal with. The support staff whom assist me in my daily tasks are wonderful and I have built some amazing relationships with them. Many of the support staff go above and beyond there tasks making each outing memorable and enjoyable. I am privileged to call many within NND close friends rather than staff or support as they are truly invested in their roles to look after, care and encourage clients. I would insist that anyone looking or needing support go with NND as I have never regretted my decision to do so over a year ago. I am not just a client, a number, or another file. I am apart of this wonderful Pink family

As l have always been the helper, it is hard for me to ask for help when the tables have turned ! But the Nurse Next Door team have been wonderful (l haven't met a bad one yet). They are ways pleasant and only too happy to help with anything. Absolutely beautiful people right throughout the team, from office staff right to all the nurses. Cheers guys, you are doing a top job!

I have been with Nurse next door Mackay since returning home to Sarina a few months ago. Carers, Nurses and Administrators have been friendly and helpful while getting used to being in a wheelchair after my motorbike accident. I would recommend this business for its care and compassion for the client.

Was with them for a long time an when I needed support the most and rang Sarah when my grandfather was dieing. I rang to get support for while my grandfather was passing away an was told sorry there's no available staff. He passed away that night and I had to do it on my own while I was with this company I also ended up homeless an they kept showing up to my old address and charging me for it. Not one phone call or anything to see if I was ok or where I was I missed so many weeks of support an still got charged for it.
