⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars I want to thank the wonderful staff member, Amanda, from Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care for her incredible kindness and compassion. When my elderly mother had a medical episode in town, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure she was safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. Even though we aren’t clients, Amanda showed such genuine care and empathy — staying with my mother until help arrived, offering her water, a place to rest, and so much reassurance. If she shows this much compassion for someone who isn’t even a client, I can only imagine the level of care she provides to those who are. I truly wish we already had a home care package, because without hesitation, we would choose Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care. Amanda is a credit to your organisation and a shining example of what true care looks like. Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care are so lucky to have someone like Amanda representing them in the community — she is a true credit to your team.
