I often find myself wondering how to truly express my gratitude to the incredible team at Flexi Care. I’ve been working with them for the past 18 months while supporting my elderly Nan to remain in her home, and their support has been invaluable. As a full-time working mum of two young children, living over an hour away, there are plenty of moments where things feel overwhelming—but Flexi Care has made it so much easier to navigate. They are always there when I need to lean on someone, especially during the more difficult times. What stands out most is how genuinely they care—not just about Nan’s needs, but about her happiness and overall wellbeing. They go above and beyond to ensure consistency in her care, including arranging for familiar faces like her favourite carer, Sandy. I’d especially like to recognise her nurse, Caitlyn, and her Home Care Partner, Kim. These two are truly exceptional. They do everything in their power to keep Nan comfortable, safe, and happy, and I honestly don’t think I could ever fully express how grateful I am for everything they do. Caring for the elderly takes a special kind of person, and Flexi Care clearly employs the very best. Thank you for everything—you’ve made an incredibly challenging situation so much more manageable. I don’t know what either of us would do without you.
