I booked 2 appointments for my mother two consecutive Wednesdays . First one didn't bother to show up. Not only when I rang I was informed that I didn't booked an appointment for Wednesday the 17th September. I had to cancel a shift due to incompetence of the operator. Ask to speak to manager was told that one was not available. This is not a very good first impression? My mother was anxious due to her vascular dementia . Not impression when the first operator tried to tell me I didn't book for the 17th September. She insuated that I was lying.

Anglicare drained my mothers bank account and only then applied her concession rate to her account. Absolutely disgusted by there financially based motivation and treatment. We fired them instead. Do not supply Anglicare a bank account for direct debits despite there request, especially if you are entitled to a concession rate. As sadly, we hear this has occurred to others.

As I’m mums carer I have to rely on Anglicare to shower her as a Son I don’t feel comfortable as no son should . Numerous times I’ve requested earlier times some how scheduling department changes the time I have to chase all the time . It is about time they listen to the customer as at end of the day they are getting paid also accounts need to change their billing payment reference number as I don’t want other customers getting charged for extra payments in which not expecting. I recommend. Once again ANGLICARE DON’T LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER I SAID SHOWERS NO LATER THAN 10:30 am on Wednesday & Friday. Please listen to the CUSTOMER. I’m over it . They don’t communicate if it is an agency . That’s typical of this company promised service manager supposed to RING me unfortunately they no best treating customers bad way . THEY Do not communicate before they arrive. Anglicare should do better with customer service. I’m still waiting for service manager to get back to me . Mums toe nails needs to be cut to Anglicare are passing the buck onto someone else it’s not hard . There is one staff member thinks she can dictate asking if I have Covid in which I’m not the client or customer 43 minutes SHOWER . Just as well we aren’t in a drought NO HAIR WASHED The team leader are weak in responding. I’m over ANGLICARE . I Don’t stop anymore coming I have to hear . Not welcome this staff member 17/8/23 . I would not recommend this company at all as the communication is very poor . As mum is with Anglicare not their backup agency. Service manager to be in contact with me but they don’t bother and team leaders . 13 / 10 / 23 . I think I’m wasting my time trying to talk to team leaders it is not solving the problem scheduling needs a BIG overhaul OR verbal warning and listened to the customer I didn’t change the times for mum personal hygiene. Scheduling changed it to suit themselves.not the customer in which should always come first. I had to change my routine today to wait for a staff member to arrive. ANGLICARE my patients is growing thin . If you can’t fulfil specific times I think it is time for us to look elsewhere. Mum is the customer in which I have to have the best service required.
