We used Dovida for Personal Care for my darling dad before he transitioned to full time care. We needed an urgent response and Dovida managed to find appropriate care in a very short time during a very difficult period. All the staff showed a great deal of empathy and gave a high level of support to my family during that time. Thank you Dovida team
Dovida provided us with a seamless transition from hospital to home in the final few weeks of Mum’s life. The carers were all very professional yet personal and attentive to all our needs. Couldn’t not fault them in any way. They have made our time at home so much more peaceful. The communication with the management team was also excellent. Thank you to everyone.
We had a consistently great experience with Dovida and were pleased with the quality of In home care provided for my mother and later, my father. The carers were reliable and always keen to help.
Very happy with Dovida. I needed support with home nursing over several months after a double knee operation. The co-ordinator and administrators were easy to work with and very responsive and the carers were friendly and helpful. Would definitely use Dovida again if I needed assistance like this in the future.

Our first meeting with grandmas case manager Cheree she was able to educate us on the home care package and all the ways in which we could receive help to support keeping grandma at home. Every step of the way Cheree replies promptly, with empathy and has been able to get referrals sent off so quickly for extra help (occupational therapy, incontinence nurse, dementia doula, etc). The carers have been excellent at building rapport quickly with grandma, she enjoys their company and companionship as well as the help they provide in keeping her hygiene maintained, the house clean, making her meals and keeping her safe to stay at home rather than having to go to a nursing home. The staff provide me as a carer with respite weekly, it gives me peace of mind when I’m not at home she is safe. In particular she thoroughly enjoys the company of Jandalyn, Kate, Peter, Rachael, Alannis and Joanna. Cheree has been able to handle any issues that have arisen quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Dovida for at home care.
