Home Instead have been absolutely brilliant over the past 12 months, providing home care to my Mum. Maddie, her current care giver is amazing - so friendly and always using her initiative to provide excellent support. Katrina, our Care Co-ordinator, is so helpful and goes out of her way to provide fabulous administrative support. She has always provided sound advice, as we negotiate the My Aged Care system. Thank you!
Didn’t turn up for our care consult. When I called, I was told many staff were off sick. Which I understand, but they should have called me to cancel. They promised to call back to reschedule but even this took quite a number of days. If they aren’t committed to customer care from the get go, it makes me worry about the service they will provide my grandmother
