Our case manager Catherine Tan is a very diligent & thorough in her support of those in her care. She carries out all requests promptly & makes sure everything runs smoothly & keeps us posted with all the activities that are upcoming. She is a gem and organises with her team the best help that is available especially Rose who come once a week for home care. We are very grateful to have her supporting us & giving us such wonderful care.It really give us peace of mind to be able to access such great facilities. Thank you Catherine and the rest of the team.We do appreciate all you do.

Throughout our journey with my father’s care, we’ve been fortunate to receive invaluable support through Active Community Group, particularly from Catherine, who manages his My Aged Care plan and schedules his support services. Catherine has truly been a ray of sunshine, easing the immense pressure I feel as his carer. During one of the most challenging times in our lives, her support has been nothing short of incredible. Additionally, Cynthia has been a tremendous help as a carer for my dad, providing support, community access, assistance with meal preparation and jist being great company for him. I’m deeply grateful for both of them and the fantastic support all round from their other service providers, cleaning, therapies ect. Top notch 👌

The carers the group sends are all very dedicated to their tasks in providing professional supports and services. I am glad I have a great team !

Helen is a highly dedicated and caring support worker who helps my Mum with her exercise routine twice a week. She is able to adjust the level of exercise intensity according to Mum’s physical capacity on the day. She meticulously follows the exercise program tailored by the physiotherapist, starting from head to feet so as to not miss a routine.

The manager and staff at the Care and Support Association are very dedicated, especially Mr. Ma, Happy Brother, and Mr. Wong, who drive to pick up and drop off the elderly, making it very convenient for them. Their efforts deserve praise.
