3 months agoThe cleaners are friendly enough, but the quality has been hit and miss — some visits are great, others feel rushed. The main issue is communication; responses from the office are slow and we've had a couple of no-shows with little to no notice, which is really disruptive when coordinating care for an elderly family member. The service has potential and the staff mean well, but better organisation and follow-through would make a big difference.
