We are so grateful to have had two wonderful nurses assist us through the final few nights of our stepfather's end of life journey. Michelle and Erin provided us with respite through the final three nights, allowing us to get some rest and be better equiped to care for him through the day. The care, empathy and kindness towards him made us feel comfortable that he was getting the best care with as much dignity possible. In addition to the wonderful care they provided for him, they knew how to support and care for my family at a distressing time, and ensured we were looking after ourselves. We are so appreciative of this service. It made a huge difference through the final days knowing we had respite and support each night.

Call on Clare provided us with much needed assistance at home for our mother over her final weeks. We used the overnight inactive sleepover service which worked well for her needs. We are using Call on Clare for the first time for my father. I cannot fault anything about the carers who have been every day to help my father. The attention to detail and genuine care they are taking is providing us with so much peace of mind while my mother recovers in hospital. My father is content and looks forward to their visits. We receive a written report of how the time was used after every visit as well. If you need help in this area I would make them my first call as they are outstanding

Call on Clare provided services to my father this week. They organised the service within hours. The three carers that visited my father were professional and skilled in supporting him. Furthermore they demonstrated initiative in offering suggestions to both my mum and dad and were very kind. The service provided a unscheduled carer within 2 hours - her assistance to my parents and to myself in an urgent situation was exemplary. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness was perfect. My father is not one to give compliments - he told me that the service was wonderful and he could not of done without it.
