The team at JFU Care have been supportive, professional, and genuinely caring. The services provided to my mother have made a real difference, and we have always felt respected and supported. I especially want to thank my case manager Kara, who is amazing to work with. She is always kind, understanding, and always takes the time to listen and help. The support and dedication truly made the whole experience positive. We have been so happy with all the support workers we have had and love our regular support worker Gracee. We are very grateful for everything they’ve done and would highly recommend JFU Care to anyone looking for quality, compassionate support.”

I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT THE CARE PROVIDED TO MY DAD HAS BEEN FANTASTIC, NOTHING IS TOO HARD. GABRIELLE WHO IS HIS CASE MANAGER HAS BEEN WONDERFUL ALWAYS HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING OF HIS NEEDS. Ok, listen up, those that know me know I say it as it is. Let me start at the very beginning. My beautiful husband had a car accident with catastofic injuries. I called 5 dufferent agencies and asked all 5 of them all the same questions. I then selected Just For U Care. Yes, I certainly did. From the 'get go' the time that Gisele picked up my call, I knew that this was the agency that was going to provide services to my husband. Just For U Care listens are engaging and will truly will provide Just For U Care. We received 24 hour care and nothing was too much or too little. Constant checking in to see how things were going or not going. The carers ( will not mention their names) but you know who you are, were absolutely brilliant, and all from Just For U Care. If you are looking for exceptional, outstanding, individualised care, then I can only highly recommend that you give Just For U Care a call. I am so glad that I found the best agency (I do not say this lightly) but the best agency, the one who cares, empathises, understands and WILL deliver a high quality service delivery. I am happy to speak with anyone that would like to talk to me about our experience. Just For U Care, thank you!, thank you! and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so grateful to you and will never forget what you have done for my husband and I. To the carers, thank you all for never leaving us and always being by our side through it all.
