I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at Just Better Care Melbourne West. My parents were with a previous provider which was a very arduous experience for absolutely everything they required. When we deciding to change providers the team at Just Better care were fantastic from the start, the quick responses and attention did not diminish once we had signed an agreement with Kim, Mum and Dad’s case manager, Leanne, took over and was always available and proactive in what Mum and Dad may need which was a breath of fresh air to have someone who was genuinely interested in making sure my parents had the best care and service they required. Unfortunately mum and dad passed away within eight weeks of each other recently. The only regret I have is that we didn’t go with Just Better Care when they first received funding. Choosing a provider is very time consuming and a difficult decision, I hope people reading this don’t waste their time looking at all those providers as the only one worth choosing is Just Better Care Melbourne West.
Working with JBC has been a breath of fresh air. A provider that not only talks the talk; they genuinely walk the walk. I'd definitely be more than happy to receive assistance for my own loved ones from JBC.
