I've been working as a Care Manager with this company for almost a year and it's been a genuinely wonderful experience. The team is compassionate, supportive and professional and there's no micromanaging - you're trusted to do your job while being supported when needed. Hard work is truly acknowledged, and your skills and experiences are recognised and valued. I feel lucky to be apart of such a positive and caring team that adopt such a healthy work culture.
Our parents are cared for here in Brisbane by Wendy and her team and they put in a great deal of effort and care in ensuring they meet expectations. This is a tough industry, and effort and care for our loved ones is all we are after. After trialing couple of bigger organisations and getting sub-standard service, we settled for someone smaller with more personalised service, and results have been pleasing. Thank you.
Mark & Sylvie’s provide care for my father in-law Bob. Wendy and Adrian are absolutely amazing, the care, support and love the provider Bob is second to none. We are at ease here in Sydney knowing Bob is so well taken care of on Bribie Island by Wendy and Adrian.

As a pharmacist, I have had the pleasure of working with Rebecca, and I am truly impressed by her dedication and professionalism. She ensures clients receive the best possible care, connecting them with the right services tailored to their needs. She is easily contactable and acts immediately on what needs to be done. What stands out the most is her compassion and commitment to going above and beyond for every client. She truly understands the importance of personalized care and always strive to make the process smooth and stress-free for both patients and us as pharmacists. Rebecca genuinely cares about improving lives.
Mark & Sylvies services for my 93 year Mum has been nothing short than first class, i must admit i was apprehensive at the very start of the process but once i met Rebecca (case manager) she went through all the details and quickly put my inner concerns to rest, i have worked with Rebecca during the early stages of Mums care with little tweaks here and there and Rebecca has been prompt in all of my requests. Mums carers have all been excellent showing compassionate understanding and have gained friendship along the journey, a special shoutout to Carlie F, Meti K. i cant thank this service enough, i have been impressed from start to present. Thanks to the Mark & Sylvies team.
Since Jean joined Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care she has received the most caring and helpful care. Mark and Sylvie’s has an expert team including the management and the carers, nothing is to much trouble. I would recommend Mark and Sylvie’s to anyone who wants to recieve the best care for their loved ones.
The Team at Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care are outstanding. The dedication to their clients/patients and their families is something I wasn’t expecting. They have become an extension of my family to me, as I am the only sibling left to care for my parents. Ingrid, our Case Manager and Rebecca (one of my parents Primary Carers), goes above and beyond in every way to ensure that every aspect of my parents care is covered. They are always suggesting ways to improve their day to day living and will always follow up any queries I might have. Along with the Team at Atticus Health, the Carers and Case Managers continually liaise with each other so my parents GP is up to date with any incidents or concerns before our next appointment. The availability of GP’s, Audiologists, Geriatrician, Podiatrist and other specialised staff onsite, makes their medical visits much more streamlined. Carers are always available to take my parents to appointments when I am unavailable and are fully informed about their medical history and current concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care Services. They have been a very bright light in what can often feel like a dark and difficult time. I am so grateful to them for the support they provide not only my parents but also myself. Sue
Mark and Sylvie's Home Care are just amazing. From the support workers to all the staff involved. Everyone of them are caring and attentive. Their communication is excellent. Nothing is ever a problem. My mum speaks so highly of all her support staff. I have not seen her this happy and confident since my dad passed away last year.
