Our experience with Local Guardians and our self-managed support package has been excellent. Our manager Robyn has set us up really well, she has been a great source of information and responds to our needs. Our previous experience with a service provider was a very frustrating period so our change over to self-managing has removed a huge amount of angst and given us a lot more value for our money and support from our package.
