The drivers and staff are absolutely wonderful — warm, kind, and full of laughs!! HOWEVER, the cancellation fee structure is completely unreasonable. Elderly clients often have no control over medical emergencies; when someone is unwell, a hospital visit isn't a choice — it's a necessity. Yet a 50% fee is still charged with 24 hours' notice, and the full 100% is taken on the day of the booking, even when the person has been hospitalised. When so many elderly people already struggle to cover basic living costs like food and groceries, these charges feel deeply unjust. The drivers themselves are incredible volunteers doing genuinely beautiful work — honestly, if I knew the fees were going directly to them, I wouldn't bat an eye, because they truly deserve it.
