I am having difficulty working ou the My Aged care system, So, after seeing there add to arrange an appointment I rang them only to be told "sorry you need a letter from the government before they can help". Thing is I have no idea how to get the so called letter from the Government and that was why I wanted the appointment , to find out what to do!
