The Sanctuary Village is a beautifully maintained Resort Style Living for over 55's. I have felt very happy here and certainly safe, being surrounded by some lovely people who genuinely care about me and many others. The Manager and Maintenance Manager are so welcoming and go the extra mile to do their jobs very well. We are only 5 minutes to the beach and there is lots of lovely breezes. We can even rent our homes out (conditions apply) and there's no stamp duty when you buy in. I love it here and welcome newbies who are kind and generous souls. Life is what you make it, but living near the Lennox Beach has to be the best ever!

I love my home at The Sanctuary. Friendly residents, well kept gardens and cool breezes with lots of resident amenities.
