6 years agoStep father in care. nice room, meals ok staff friendly and pleasant, unfortunately the management directives or values at diment towers leave a lot to be desired, my step father hospitalised for weeks then hosp rang and told me he was transferring elsewhere.. still waiting for a call from Diment Towers Manager, nothing, even when we had to get his belongings, an RN called telling me to remove some items that they had in there. I refused,she was going to speak with accom manager, no further contact at all from anyone. Poor management style from my view. Not recommended whilst under this non inclusive style management
