Scheduled a review meeting for my mother who can't drive missed breakfast to be driven to HQ when she is at her worst (mornings) to arrive and be told her meeting had been rescheduled for months down the track and nobody had told her and now she has to reschedule her Drs appt.

My father has a home care package with IRT .he had a bladder problem and I had to throw his beding away .he spent two weeks in Wollongong hospital it was cancer. He suddenly returned home to a house with no bed and was sleeping on the floor I asked IRT to purchase a bed they said no so he had to sleep on the floor for a few days until I could buy him a bed he is 87 years old very poor service from IRT

Dreadful experience today as we had to do a quick covid test before we could see our mum and the test did not work but it took 20min and I had to do it again ! Even though I am fully vaccinated, and I want to take my mum home for Xmas but she has to do hard lockdown for 14 days on return from an outing …. Shame on you and I’m going to write to the minister of health about the fact that my mum is nearly blind and deaf and during covid she had a day when her food tray was just dumped into her room and left and she went without a meal twice !

The care my mother-in-law received at Thomas Holt was exceptional. Unfortunately, now that she has passed on, it is a major hassle retrieving the Bond - IRT want us to obtain Probate before they will release the funds and this is likely to cost thousands of dollars. There should be a better way.
